What locations do you serve?

I am based in South Burlington, VT and am available for home visits in Chittenden, Grand Isle, Addison, Franklin, Washington, Lamoille, and Essex (NY) Counties. Areas beyond 30 miles from SB may incur a travel fee.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in-network with BCBSVT and Medicaid VT. Other insurances may be covered at no cost to you through The Lactation Network, a third party billing partner. Enter your insurance information here to determine coverage through TLN.

What if my insurance isn’t accepted?

If you are not covered through any of these avenues, most plans will reimburse for part or all of the cost of service. I will provide you with a superbill which you will send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Are lactation services HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes! Lactation services are fully covered under your HSA/FSA/HRA.
